Besides our home base Hong Kong, Freedive Depot currently ships to the following countries and regions:

Items that are in stock and ready to be shipped are usually shipped out within 2 working days but may take up to 5 working days subject to operational constraints. For products that require special handling prior shipping (e.g. fin sets that require assembly) it would take up to 4 extra working days.

Shipping Rates

Freedive Depot uses a combination of express postal and package delivery services for delivery.

The customer is responsible for import taxes if any incurred.

    Free Standard Shipping is available for all markets. Express Shipping available with a supplement.

  • Lobster Neck Weight System

    • Australia

      Express Shipping is available at AUD60

    • Maldives

      Express Shipping is available at USD80

    • New Zealand

      Express Shipping is available at NZD80

    • United Arab Emirates

      Express Shipping is available at AED300

    • All other markets

      Free Express Shipping is available for all other markets

For all other products, Free Standard Shipping is also available upon meeting minimum spending requirements, with Express Shipping available at a supplement for selected markets:

  • Hong Kong:

    Free Standard Shipping within Hong Kong for orders over HKD500

  • Taiwan and Macau:

    Free Standard Shipping to Taiwan and Macau for orders over MOP800/TWD3000.

  • Asia - All other Regions:

    Free Standard Shipping for all orders over HKD3000/USD385 equivalent.

  • Australia:

    Free Standard Shipping for all orders over AUD850.

  • New Zealand:

    Free Standard Shipping for all orders over NZD1000.

  • United Arab Emirates:

    Free Standard Shipping for all orders over AED2000.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 1. Why does it take so long for my pre-order items to arrive?

    Due the the number of variants available for certain products it is not practical for us to keep stock of all variants for all products. For those products we will order with the OEM on your behalf and the preparation and shipping takes time. Special Products like Molchanovs Wetsuits and Fins are all handcrafted in Russia and the process takes between 4-8 weeks. Freedive Depot will do everything in our capacity to ensure that the goods get to your hands as quickly as possible.

  • 2. There is a product/variant that I want, but it is out of stock or not showing. Is it possible to order it?

    Yes if there is a product or variant that you cannot see on our catalogue, kindly contact us and we will see if we can arrange it for you.
