Shipping Policy

Besides our home base Hong Kong, Freedive Depot currently ships to the following countries and regions:

  • Macau
  • Taiwan
  • Mainland China
  • Australia
  • Indonesia
  • Japan
  • South Korea
  • Malaysia
  • the Philippines
  • Singapore
  • Thailand
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Vietnam

Items that are in stock and ready to be shipped are usually shipped out within 2 working days but may take up to 5 working days subject to workload and other constraints. For Fins that require gluing prior shipping would take up to 4 extra working days.

Shipping Rates

Freedive Depot uses a combination of express postal and package delivery services for delivery.

For specific brands:

  • Orca Wetsuits

    Free Shipping is available for all markets

  • Lobster Modular Neck Weight System

    • Australia

      Fixed Rate shipping of AU$50 is available

    • United Arab Emirates

      Fixed Rate shipping of AED75 is available

    • All other markets

      Free Shipping is available for all other markets

Besides the above, Free Shipping is also available upon meeting minimum spending requirements:

  • Hong Kong:

    We are pleased to offer free shipping within Hong Kong for orders over HK$500

  • Taiwan and Macau:

    We are pleased to offer free shipping to Taiwan and Macau for orders over MOP$800/NT$3000. The customer is responsible for import taxes if any incurred.

  • Asia - All other Regions:

    For all other regions in Asia that we currently serve, we are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders over HK$3000 equivalent. The customer is responsible for import taxes if any incurred.

  • Australia:

    We are pleased to offer free shipping to Australia for orders over AU$850. The customer is responsible for import taxes if any incurred.

  • United Arab Emirates:

    We are pleased to offer free shipping to United Arab Emirates for orders over AED2000. The customer is responsible for import taxes if any incurred.

For Pre-Order Items

  • Molchanovs PRO-series Bifins and Monofin 

    All Molchanovs PRO series fins are handcrafted in Russia, and the production normally takes approximately 6-8 weeks (except for product which we keep inventory and marked specifically as "Available Now")  . Shipping from the manufacturer normally takes up to another 2 weeks. Freedive Depot will endeavour to have the product delivered within 10 weeks from which the pre-order was made but cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If you need your order in a hurry for a competition or otherwise, please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to arrange expedited production for you (at a cost).

  • All Other Products
    Shipping from the manufacturer normally take 4-6 weeks. Freedive Depot will endeavour to have the product delivered within 4-6 weeks but cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 1. Why does it take so long for my Pre-Orders to arrive?

    Due the the number of variants available for certain products it is not practical for us to keep stock of all variants for all products. For those products we will order with the OEM on your behalf and the preparation and shipping takes time. Special Products like Molchanovs Wetsuits and Fins are all handcrafted in Russia and the process takes between 4-8 weeks. Freedive Depot will do everything in our capacity to ensure that the goods get to your hands as quickly as possible.

  • 2. There is a product/variant that I want, but it is out of stock or not showing. Is it possible to order it?

    Yes if there is a product or variant that you cannot see on our catalogue, kindly contact us and we will see if we can arrange it for you.

  • 3. I tried to use Apple Pay but it prompted "Shipping Address Invalid". Why?

    If you resides in Hong Kong please make sure that the "region" in your Apple Pay shipping address is set to "Hong Kong Island", "Kowloon", or "New Territories".
